  I mean if they did it in ANY manner away from a judge, e.g. in a car, &lt;br&gt; in the restroom, at the food stand, etc. Which is why it&#39;d be &lt;br&gt; useless. You can&#39;t legislate against players talking, which is what &lt;br&gt; it would take. &lt;br&gt; No one&#39;s talking about removing rules; you&#39;re talking about adding. &lt;br&gt; I&#39;m asking why we should add an impossible-to-enforce rule.

  What is the combat module? I have a CEL/pot deck that is basically &lt;br&gt; nothing but thrown gates, pursuits, lids and psyches. &lt;br&gt; Gate to long, if they majesty then psyche, otherwise pursuit and throw &lt;br&gt; a lid. &lt;br&gt; Sometimes works. I think has won a couple of games but can also bomb. &lt;br&gt; Crypt needs some tuning (needs more Dunn...)

The &amp;quot;check&amp;quot; I &lt;br&gt; was talking about is the &amp;quot;If the opposing minion doesn&#39;t dodge the &lt;br&gt; strike&amp;quot; part. After strike declaration, the weapon is used, but since &lt;br&gt; we&#39;re not yet at strike resolution, it is still in play.
