;-) ...to restate the need, can you confirm how you execute a soft reset?
if you mean "running programs" deep in settings, would urge you to
consider a task manager such as VBar... "X" then closes... single tap,
and, at least for me, load times of almost all docs and apps are fast

Word Mobile (only) saves the file when you tap OK (the upper right corner).
There aren't automatic saves, as opposed to the desktp Word.

There is very little solid information in your post to help... for
example, what does "bare heading" mean?
examples (and search tips) for info that would help;
did you see text being entered into the file?
did you name the file?
did you look in the directory sorted by date to find the most recent
file and check file sizes?

I've bought a dinky "Zippy" USB keyboard that I can use with my Pocket Loox.
So I typed up a document in Word Mobile, probably in just one session
(following a brief one when I entered the heading using SIP).
Then I had to do a soft reset because of a recurrent problem with other
software.
Only to find that my document had reverted to the bare heading mentioned

Did you try switching to the "old" (non-advanced) networking model in

Hi
I have a mda iv compact which i used to be able to synchronize with my
pc using ActiveSync 4.5.
Now, it connects but does not synchronizes.
How can I fix it?
Can it be since i created a network with my laptop?
By the way, i have tried the firewalls already and nada.

Yup, thanks - I have two Thinkpads (the t42p and the a31p) with a 15"
1600*1200 IPS screen. They're simply wonderful and just can't be
compared to any TN film cr*p. (I'm planning to buy a 15.4" WUXGA t61p as
