Is 'Snooze' time synced?

On my PPC (an HTC Touch Pro 2) I got a pop-up window when an Outlook 2002 task (entered on my PC) reached its reminder time. Unfortunately it only offers 'Dismiss' or 'Snooze', and the latter is a fixed, short time, about 5 minutes.
